- Collect or spend points
This means that we may make your account inactive and cancel any Points balance sitting on it. But don't worry! We will contact you by email beforehand to let you know your Account is at risk of being re-classified as a Dormant Account and that your Points balance may be cancelled as a result. If you then log-in to your Account AND collect or spend Points within a period specified in the email, then your Account status will remain active.
Any unspent Points collected from Lancashire Cricket on tickets, memberships, or through engagement activity in the Programme will be cancelled and removed from your Account on the 26th of March 2026.
Please note that, as long as your Account remains active, any unspent Points collected with Retail Partners and Betting Partners will not be affected by this end-of-season expiry and will remain on your Account.
